DUSEEL A 300 conforms to the requirements of ASTM, UEAtc and other relevant International Standards.

USES
- Protective coating in exposed roofs, waterproofing sheet membranes, concrete roofs and metal roofs due to silver colored reflective finish.
- Protective coating against corrosion on metal surfaces. It can be used on vertical and horizontal structures made of concrete or metal such as tanks and silos.
METHOD OF APPLICATION(Substrate Preparation)
- All Substrates must be clean and sound, free of dirt, dust, soil, grease, oil and other loose particles. Substrates that are very dry should be applied with a penetrating coating of DUPRIME.
- Stir the solution thoroughly if stored for a long time.
Application on Porous substrates (e.g. Concrete Structure)
- Apply a minimum of 2 coats by brush or spray equipment. The second topcoat is applied when the first coat has completely dried.
- Apply each coat at a right angle to the previous one to achieve good coverage and uniformity.
- Drying time is 1-3 hours under normal conditions. Under damp and cold conditions it is recommended to allow 6 hours between successive coats.
Application on Metal Structures
- Clean the substrate by removing rust, scale and dirt using wire brush. Wipe off traces of oil and grease with a suitable solvent.
- Apply a minimum of 2 coats by brush or spray equipment.
- The second coat is applied when the first coat has completely dried.
- Drying time is 1-3 hours under normal conditions. Under damp and cold conditions it is recommended to allow 6 hours between successive coats.
DUSEEL A 300 is recommended to be apply at temperatures between 5oC to 50oC
PACKING AND STORAGE
DUSEEL A 300 is available in 20 liter and 200 liter drums, palletized and strapped. DUSEEL A 300 has a shelf life of 6-months in a tightly closed container and store at temperature between 5oC and 40oC. Avoid direct exposure of heat and sunlight. The product has to be thoroughly mixed before application.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
DUSEEL A 300 is solvent based that gives out inflammable vapor, proper care must be taken when applying the coating. Wear proper or necessary Personal Protective Equipment, ensure proper ventilation if used in enclosed area, keep away from sources of ignition, and avoid contact with skin, eyes or inhalation. Make sure that the container is closed after each application.

The brush and spray equipment should be cleaned immediately after use by means of a suitable solvent like white spirit, petrol or diesel oil.
