QUALITY ASSURANCE & WARRANTY

USES
- Wet areas – Kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and shower rooms.
- Elastomeric liquid applied membrane for foundation, cellar walls.
- Non-potable water tanks, sewage tanks and tunnels.
- Liquid applied coating on vertical surfaces.
- Parking decks, planters, and damp floors.
METHOD OF APPLICATION(Substrate Preparation)
- All substrate must be clean, free from dirt, dust, soil, grease, oil and other loose particles. Substrates that are very dry should be applied with a penetrative coating of DUPRIME.
- Stir the solution thoroughly if stored for a long time.
Application on Porous substrates (e.g. Concrete Structure)
- Prime the surface with solvent based primer DUPRIME and allow the primer to dry completely (6- 8 hours).
- Apply a minimum of 2 coats by brush or spray equipment.
- The second coat is applied when the first coat has completely dried.
- Apply each coat at a right angle to the previous one to achieve good coverage and uniformity.
- A third coat is required for very porous substrates.
- Drying time is 1-4 hours under normal conditions. Under damp and cold conditions it is recommended to allow 6 hours between successive coats.
DUSEEL R300 is recommended to be apply at temperatures between 5oC to 50oC
PACKING AND STORAGE
DUSEEL R300 is available in 20-liter pails and 200-liter drums, palletized and strapped. Shelf life is minimum of 6-months in a tightly closed container and store at temperature between 5oC and 40oC. Avoid direct exposure to heat and sunlight. The product has to be thoroughly mixed.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
DUSEEL R300 is solvent base that gives out inflammable vapor. Proper care must be taken when applying the coating. Wear proper or necessary Personal Protective Equipment, ensure proper ventilation if used in enclosed area, keep away from sources of ignition, and avoid contact with skin, eyes or inhalation. Make sure that the container is closed after each application. Refer to our MSDS sheets for advice.

CLEANING OF TOOLS
The brush and spray equipment should be cleaned immediately after use by means of a suitable solvent like white spirit, Petrol or Diesel oil.
